Partner Onboarding
This page is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to the disclaimers set out in Disclaimers.
Who Can Onboard
Stove tokens are issued only to qualified investors — both institutions and eligible individuals — that meet the applicable eligibility and jurisdictional requirements (see Eligibility & Access).
Each onboarded applicant is responsible for ensuring that its own activities comply with those requirements and with applicable law.
Steps to Onboard
The onboarding process has three stages:
KYC / KYB. The applicant completes identity verification — and, for entities, business verification including ownership and required documentation — and is screened against the Issuer's compliance policies and the eligibility rules.
Legal agreement. Once approved, the applicant executes the relevant agreements with the Issuer. The full terms governing the tokens, including the offering documents, are made available at this stage.
Access provisioning. After the agreements are in place, the applicant's wallet address(es) are allowlisted and the applicant receives the credentials (the "key") required to mint and redeem.
